Job Description
Position Overview:
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for driving Cake World’s business growth in the corporate and institutional segment. The role involves identifying potential business clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Cake World’s range of bakery and F&B products to maximize sales revenue and achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, caterers, event managers, and retail partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product sampling sessions to promote Cake World products.
Manage and grow existing corporate accounts by ensuring excellent client servicing and repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with business customers in line with company policies.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales forecasts, and submit regular reports to management.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to generate leads.
Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold Cake World’s brand image in all client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, F&B, or hospitality sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships with corporate clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license (preferred).
