Bodyshop Advisor Job Opening in Kodungallur

We are seeking an Bodyshop Advisor for a Full Time position at Showroom. This role is open to Male/Female candidates and is based in Kodungallur. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring body and paint repair, assess vehicle damage, prepare and explain repair cost estimates and timelines, liaise with insurance companies and technicians, monitor repair progress, handle customer queries and complaints, ensure quality standards are met, oversee vehicle delivery, maintain accurate documentation of job cards, invoices, and insurance claims, and contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and throughput targets.
