We are seeking an Bodyshop Manager for a Full Time position at Vehicle Service and Repaire. This role is open to Male/Female candidates based in Ernakulam. The successful candidate will oversee the entire bodyshop operations — including supervising technicians, painters, and support staff; planning and scheduling vehicle repair, denting and painting workflows; managing relationships with insurance companies for claims; ensuring repair quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction; maintaining spare?parts, paints and consumables inventory; enforcing safety, health and environmental regulations; preparing cost estimates and controlling budgets; handling customer complaints; and continuously improving processes to drive efficiency and profitability.
