Job description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating work enquiries, attending client meetings, and converting enquiries into projects. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and excellent sales and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on HVAC work enquiries. Attend client meetings and present HVAC solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client requirements are met. Prepare and submit proposals and quotations. Negotiate and close sales contracts. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech). 2 year experience in HVAC sales or HVAC Project handling is compulsory. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present technical information to a non-technical audience. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Willingness to travel as needed within Kerala.
