Job Description

Front Office Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of ticket counters, guest help desks, and entry/exit points. Ensure smooth crowd flow, queue management, and ticketing efficiency during peak hours and events. Supervise cash handling, billing accuracy, and shift closures. Guest Experience & Relations Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality. Handle guest complaints, escalations, and service recovery professionally. Manage lost & found, special guest assistance, and VIP handling. Staff Management Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front office staff, ticketing executives, and guest service associates. Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance. Ensure adequate staffing during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Coordination & Communication Coordinate closely with security, operations, F&B, and ride operations teams for smooth park functioning. Communicate park rules, safety guidelines, and promotional offers to guests clearly. Support event days, school groups, corporate outings, and special programs. Revenue & Controls Monitor ticket sales, passes, offers, and discounts. Ensure compliance with SOPs related to cash handling, POS systems, and audits. Prepare daily sales reports and MIS for management. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to park safety protocols and emergency procedures. Support evacuation, medical emergencies, and incident reporting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Reporting & Improvement Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance visitor experience. Maintain records, logs, and reports related to front office operations. Assist management in developing SOPs and service standards.
