Job Description: Quality Controller – Job Work Unit Position Summary: The Quality Controller is responsible for checking the quality of all materials and finished goods received from jobwork units. The role ensures that the products meet company standards before they move to the next process. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect incoming materials and finished items from jobwork units. • Check measurements, stitching, finishing, and overall product quality. • Identify defects and report them to the supervisor or jobwork unit. • Maintain records of rejected and approved items. • Follow the company’s quality standards and guidelines. • Coordinate with jobwork units to correct quality issues. • Ensure timely quality inspection to avoid production delays. • Prepare daily quality reports and submit them to the production/quality head. • Support continuous improvement of quality systems in the jobwork process. Skills Required: • Basic knowledge of quality checking. • Attention to detail. • Good communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in garment/production jobwork units is an added advantage.
