ACCOUNTANT Job Opening in Thamarassery

PCBS TRADING LLP We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to manage invoicing, payment entries, and related accounting tasks. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally software and preferably experience in the tyre or automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue accurate bills, invoices, and credit/debit notes. Record daily sales, purchase, and expense entries in Tally. Verify and reconcile billing data with purchase and sales orders. Maintain customer and supplier ledgers, outstanding reports, and statements. Coordinate with sales and accounts team to ensure smooth billing operations. Handle GST billing, e-way bills, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Resolve billing discrepancies and provide customer support regarding invoices. Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly billing and outstanding reports with management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent diploma Proficiency in Tally prime and MS Excel. Prior experience in billing/accounting ( tyre industry knowledge preferred) Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Good communication and time-management abilities. Working hour MALE - 9.30 am - 7.30 pm FEMALE- 9.00 am - 6.00 am Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month Work Location: KODUVALLY
