The successful candidate will greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, prepare detailed repair or maintenance estimates, explain costs and timelines, coordinate with technicians and parts departments, track the progress of repairs, ensure that job cards and documentation are accurate, upsell relevant services where appropriate, address and resolve customer concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with timely and high?quality service delivery.
