Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. • Focus on end-to-end non-IT recruitment, with a key responsibility for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. • Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the hiring process, manage candidate pipelines, and generate recruitment reports. • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and direct outreach. • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skillset, experience, and alignment with company culture and productivity expectations. • Focus on hiring people who will be productive and contribute to the company’s long-term success. • Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust approaches to continuously attract high-performing and reliable employees. • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives. • Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of hire, and retention rates. • Work with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new hires into productive roles.
