Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed counseling to clients on overseas immigration programs Assess the client’s profile and check eligibility for suitable migration options. Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and fees clearly. Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and scheduled consultations. Maintain strong follow-up with prospective leads to convert them into clients. Assist clients in preparing and collecting all required documents. Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, processing, sales) to ensure smooth application flow. Achieve monthly targets related to consultations, conversions, and revenue. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM/software. Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, country updates, and policy changes. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times. Skills & Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of immigration procedures (training will be provided). Good convincing and sales ability; target-oriented mindset. Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Personal Attributes: Positive attitude and patience while dealing with clients. Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
