Job Description
Kitchen management: Supervising day-to-day cooking operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Staff management: Managing and training kitchen staff, creating work schedules, and enforcing rules and regulations.
Menu development: Assisting the executive chef with menu planning, including creating new dishes and specials.
Quality control: Ensuring all food meets high-quality standards and safety regulations.
Inventory and ordering: Tracking inventory, managing food costs, minimizing waste, and ordering supplies.
Leadership: Taking over the executive chef's duties in their absence and resolving conflicts within the kitchen. Strong culinary and cooking skills
