Role Overview
We’re looking for a CRM & Inside Sales Executive to manage our customer engagement cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
You’ll be the bridge between our clients, field sales team, and management, ensuring every enquiry turns into a success story.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update CRM systems for all leads and clients.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings, demos, and project discussions.
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up with clients, and support deal closure.
• Track client communications and ensure a smooth post-sales handover.
• Prepare periodic CRM and sales performance reports.

What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / CRM / Business Development.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
• Experience in glass, aluminium, or building materials industries is an advantage.
