Field Sales Executive Job Opening in Dharapuram

We are looking for a confident and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to join the Shree Amman TVS team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling TVS two-wheelers through field visits, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing activities. This role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to potential customers, institutions, and businesses to promote TVS vehicles. Generate leads through outdoor marketing, door-to-door campaigns, and local events. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Explain vehicle models, features, and finance options to interested buyers. Coordinate with the showroom team for test rides, quotations, and vehicle delivery. Participate in on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, display events, and corporate camps. Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to the sales manager. Achieve monthly and quarterly field sales targets. Ensure proper documentation for every sale (forms, delivery challans, finance papers, etc.). Promote service follow-ups and customer satisfaction after delivery. Requirements: Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream). Experience: 1–3 years in outdoor or field sales (automobile or finance industry preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Tamil (basic English is a plus). Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for field visits. Strong local area knowledge and customer-handling ability. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at building customer trust. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
