We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at Shree Amman TVS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and ensuring excellent communication to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote TVS vehicles, services, and offers. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product/service information. Follow up on service reminders, test ride requests, and feedback calls. Generate leads for new vehicle sales and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups using company systems. Assist in scheduling service appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction post-service. Share promotional details, offers, and finance schemes with interested customers. Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals. Support in handling customer complaints and forward them to the concerned department. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream). Prior experience as a telecaller, customer care executive, or receptionist preferred (automobile sector experience is an advantage). Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English. Strong persuasion and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry, etc.). Positive attitude, patience, and good telephone etiquette.
