Key Responsibilities: Handle customer billing for vehicle sales, service, and spare parts. Process payments via cash, card, UPI, and other digital methods. Maintain accurate daily cash reports and submit them to the accounts department. Issue receipts, invoices, and credit notes when required. Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of the day. Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions. Assist customers politely and maintain professionalism at all times. Coordinate with the service and sales departments for smooth billing operations. Support the accountant with petty cash and bank deposit activities. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / B.Com preferred. Proven experience as a cashier, billing executive, or in a similar role (preferably in an automobile showroom). Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software (e.g., Tally, TVS DMS, or similar). Good communication and customer-handling skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
