Job Location: Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Kerala Department: Customer Support / Client Relations Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing customer queries, ensuring smooth onboarding and software implementation, and coordinating with the internal team to resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support via phone, email, or in person. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to resolve issues efficiently. Conduct client follow-ups, collect feedback, and identify improvement opportunities. Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining software features and updates. Prepare and maintain client communication records and reports. Support the sales and operations teams in retaining and growing the client base. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English required, Hindi/Tamil/Kannada an added advantage). Strong customer service orientation. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Ability to handle client concerns with patience and professionalism. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preference for BBA, B. Com, BA English, or equivalent). Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer relationship, client service, or support roles. (Fresher’s with good communication skills may also apply.) Salary: For Fresher’s – 10000 per month, For experienced persons - negotiable based on experience and skills.
