About the Role We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and onboard merchants for a smart payment acceptance device that supports UPI, card tap/swipe, and dynamic QR payments. Your role is to meet small and medium business owners (retailers, cafes, pharmacies, etc.) and help them adopt digital payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Visit and onboard new merchants within the assigned area. Demonstrate device features (card tap, QR payments, sound alerts, etc.). Collect merchant KYC and required documentation for onboarding. Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets. Maintain follow-up with merchants for activation and satisfaction. Report daily activities and performance to the team lead.
