Key Responsibilities 1. Team Expansion & Onboarding Identify and recruit skilled Delivery Executives. Conduct hiring drives in coordination with HR. Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and training compliance. 2. Performance Management Monitor and evaluate Delivery Executives’ performance (SLA adherence, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction). Provide feedback, coaching, and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). Maintain rider attendance, attrition records, and productivity reports. 3. Operational Efficiency Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across delivery centers. Optimize routes, schedules, and vehicle utilization for maximum efficiency. Track daily load allocation, minimize rollovers, and ensure SLA achievement. 4. Training & Development Conduct induction training for new hires. Provide refresher sessions on safety, customer service, and compliance. Build a continuous learning culture among the team. 5. Ground Operations (Hands-On Duties) Loading & Unloading: Supervise and assist in shipment loading/unloading activities to ensure accuracy. Dispatching Shipments: Monitor and oversee the timely dispatch of all shipments. Auditing Shipments: Conduct regular shipment audits to reduce errors, misroutes, and lost cases. Cash Handling: Ensure regular collection and secure cash deposits in line with company policies. 6. Communication & Escalation Act as a bridge between Delivery Executives and Management. Communicate daily/weekly operational targets and updates. Resolve operational issues promptly (vehicle shortages, manpower gaps, customer escalations).
