Rolling and Shaping: Roll out the dough into thin, flat circles and shape them into layered discs. Cooking: Cook porottas on a hot griddle or tawa, ensuring they are evenly cooked and have the desired texture. Monitoring: Monitor the cooking process closely, adjusting temperature and cooking time as needed to achieve optimal results. Quality Control: Ensure that all porottas meet quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and appearance. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, including equipment and utensils. Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet production targets and customer demand, while minimizing waste.
