We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Kollam. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your role will be pivotal in building strong relationships with our customers and enhancing their overall experience with our products/services. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized assistance. Understand customers' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and technical support to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement. Educate customers about our products/services, features, and benefits to enhance their usage experience. Handle customer requests for product demonstrations, trials, and upgrades, facilitating the process smoothly. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to better serve customers and anticipate their needs. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and service performance for management review. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service or customer relations, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Malayalam. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to empathize with customers and effectively resolve issues or conflicts. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling challenging situations. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs. Knowledge of the Kollam market and local customer preferences is a plus.
