Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Listen actively to customer issues, assess their needs, and provide timely and effective solutions or assistance. Build rapport and establish trust with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions. Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, technical support, and operations, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed satisfactorily and inquire about their overall experience with our company. Provide product/service information, guidance, and support to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services based on customer needs and preferences. Monitor customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback forms, and other channels, and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on company policies, products/services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. Proven experience (X years) in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role, preferably in [insert industry]. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools/systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Fluency in English and Malayalam languages; additional language proficiency is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
