Check Back: Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals, address any concerns, and offer additional assistance. Upselling: Promote daily specials, add-ons, and beverages to increase sales and enhance the dining experience for guests. Clearing Tables: Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and tidy dining area. Assisting with Special Requests: Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions from guests, communicating them to the kitchen staff as needed. Handling Payments: Present checks to guests, process payments accurately, and return change promptly. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return. Maintaining Cleanliness: Assist with general cleaning tasks, including wiping down tables, chairs, and countertops, and ensuring that the dining area is neat and organized. Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, sanitation of work areas, and adherence to health regulations.
