Key Responsibilities: Accessory Installation: Install a variety of automotive accessories, including audio systems, speakers, amplifiers, navigation systems, LED lights, spoilers, body kits, roof racks, and other aftermarket parts. Ensure that accessories are fitted according to manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and customer preferences. Customization and Modification: Perform customization and modification tasks to personalize vehicles based on customer requests and design preferences. Collaborate with customers to understand their customization needs and provide recommendations for suitable accessories and enhancements. Electrical Wiring and Integration: Wire and integrate electrical components and accessories into the vehicle's existing electrical system, ensuring proper functionality and compatibility. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of installed accessories to verify proper fitment, alignment, and functionality. Test electrical components and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations. Customer Service: Interact with customers to discuss their accessory needs, provide recommendations, and offer guidance on available options. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent qualification; vocational training or certification in automotive technology preferred. Proven experience (X years) as an accessories fitter or automotive technician, with expertise in accessory installation and customization. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and installation techniques. Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle accessories and aftermarket parts available in the market. Proficiency in using hand and power tools required for accessory fitting and installation. Attention to detail and precision in executing installation tasks to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
