Hair care services (cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, etc.). Nail care services (manicures, pedicures, nail art, etc.). Waxing and hair removal services. Makeup application for various occasions (weddings, parties, events, etc.). Threading, tinting, and other beauty enhancement services. Product Knowledge and Sales: Provide expert advice on skincare, haircare, and beauty products to clients, recommending suitable products for their needs and concerns. Upsell retail products and beauty packages to enhance the client experience and increase sales revenue. Sanitation and Hygiene: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Sterilize and disinfect tools, equipment, and workstations regularly to prevent the spread of infections and maintain cleanliness. Client Relationship Management: Build strong rapport and trust with clients through personalized service, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Listen to client feedback, address any concerns or complaints promptly, and ensure a positive experience for every client. Appointment Management: Schedule client appointments, manage booking systems, and maintain accurate records of client preferences, treatment history, and contact information. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
