We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive in Trivandrum. Job Description: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers in designated geographic areas to promote and sell our products/services. Your role will involve: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers and sales opportunities within assigned territories or target markets. Utilize various sources, including business directories, online platforms, and networking events, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects. Client Meetings and Presentations: Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to introduce our products/services, discuss their needs, and present tailored solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, or pitches to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings. Needs Analysis and Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospects to understand their challenges, requirements, and objectives. Identify pain points and opportunities for our products/services to address customer needs effectively. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized attention, follow-up, and support throughout the sales process. Establish trust and credibility as a reliable advisor and solution provider to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Overcome objections, address concerns, and offer solutions to facilitate the closing of deals in a timely and mutually beneficial manner. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and recommendations to sales management to refine sales strategies and tactics. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to track performance against targets and goals. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales managers, marketing, and customer support, to coordinate efforts, share information, and leverage resources to support sales initiatives and customer requirements. Adherence to Sales Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing sales practices and customer interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector] industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
