Brand Identity: Ensure consistency and coherence in visual brand identity across all design elements and communication channels. Maintain brand standards and guidelines in typography, color schemes, logos, and imagery. Graphic Production: Produce high-quality graphic assets using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Optimize graphics for print and web applications, ensuring compatibility and resolution requirements are met. Digital Design: Create engaging digital designs for websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Design user interfaces, icons, banners, infographics, and other digital assets to enhance user experience and drive engagement. Print Design: Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, and packaging. Prepare print-ready files, including layout, color separation, and final proofing, for production and printing. Typography and Layout: Apply principles of typography, layout, and composition to create visually appealing and readable designs. Select appropriate fonts, spacing, and alignment to enhance readability and aesthetics. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal, clarity, and composition. Crop, resize, color correct, and manipulate images as needed to achieve desired effects and visual impact. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to integrate visual elements with written content and messaging. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to refine and improve visual communication. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven work experience (2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a creative agency, design studio, or corporate environment. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects across print and digital mediums. Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout. Understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices in branding, marketing, and visual communication.
