Parts Replacement: Replace faulty or worn-out parts with new or refurbished components to restore vehicle functionality and performance. Source replacement parts from suppliers and ensure compatibility with vehicle specifications. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex automotive issues and perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying problems. Develop effective solutions and repair strategies to address mechanical and electrical issues. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all repaired vehicles meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. Perform safety inspections, test drives, and quality checks to verify the effectiveness of repairs and maintenance work. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair findings, recommended services, and estimated costs. Provide accurate quotes and time estimates for repair work and address customer questions or concerns. Workshop Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment. Requirements: Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Four-Wheeler Mechanic or Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership or automotive service center. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems. Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures for various makes and models of vehicles. Technical proficiency in engine repair, electrical systems, brake systems, suspension systems, and other automotive systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues. Effective communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Certification or diploma in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
