Load and unload dish racks, trays, and baskets as needed. Pre-Rinsing: Pre-rinse dishes and utensils to remove food debris and residue before loading them into the dishwasher. Scrape and scrub stubborn food particles to ensure thorough cleaning. Dish Stacking: Stack clean dishes and utensils neatly in designated storage areas, such as dish racks, shelves, or cabinets. Organize dishes by type and size to optimize storage space and accessibility. Glassware Polishing: Polish glassware and silverware to remove water spots and stains, using polishing cloths or air drying racks. Inspect glassware for cleanliness and shine before returning them to service.
