We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Service Staff in Kumily. As a member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Guest Greeting: Welcome guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the dining area. Escort guests to their tables and present menus, providing recommendations or descriptions of menu items as needed. Order Taking: Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS system or manual order pads. Listen attentively to guests' preferences and special requests, ensuring all orders are recorded correctly. Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests' tables promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy in order delivery and adherence to service standards. Monitor tables and refill drinks as needed, anticipating guests' needs. Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations. Be prepared to provide detailed descriptions of menu items and answer any questions from guests. Upselling and Promotion: Recommend appetizers, entrees, desserts, and beverages to enhance guests' dining experience and increase sales. Highlight daily specials or promotions and provide information on wine pairings or cocktail options. Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, wines, and specialty coffees. Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in beverage quality. Table Clearance: Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly after guests finish their meals. Reset tables with clean linens and tableware for the next guests. Billing and Payment: Present bills to guests accurately, process payments using cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods, and provide change as needed. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return. Guest Interaction: Interact with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and courteously. Solicit feedback and take action to resolve any issues or complaints. Adherence to Standards: Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards at all times. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment. Requirements: Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Physical stamina and endurance to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and cash transactions. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests.
