Be prepared to provide detailed descriptions of menu items and answer any questions from guests. Upselling and Promotion: Recommend appetizers, entrees, desserts, and beverages to enhance guests' dining experience and increase sales. Highlight daily specials or promotions and provide information on wine pairings or cocktail options. Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, wines, and specialty coffees. Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in beverage quality. Table Clearance: Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly after guests finish their meals. Reset tables with clean linens and tableware for the next guests. Billing and Payment: Present bills to guests accurately, process payments using cash, credit cards, or digital payment methods, and provide change as needed. Guest Interaction: Interact with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
