Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to design and develop a comprehensive Continental menu, featuring a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts inspired by European, American, and global cuisines. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a diverse range of Continental dishes, including appetizers, salads, soups, pasta, seafood, poultry, and meat dishes, using traditional and modern cooking techniques. Ingredient Selection: Source fresh and high-quality ingredients, herbs, spices, and seasonal produce for Continental cuisine, ensuring authenticity, flavor, and sustainability. Recipe Innovation: Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentations to create new and innovative Continental dishes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and global culinary trends. Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, to maintain quality standards and ensure efficient workflow.
