Design layouts, typography, and color schemes that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions or responses. Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards. Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, articulating creative rationale and benefits. Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work across various media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with advanced skills in design, layout, and image editing. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts that resonate with target audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations. Knowledge of print and digital production processes, file formats, and pre-press requirements. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus. Fluency in Malayalam and English; additional languages are a plus.
