Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project timelines. Prepare design files for print and digital production and collaborate with vendors and printers as needed. Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets and project materials. Requirements: Proven experience as a Photoshop Designer or Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software, with advanced skills in image editing, manipulation, and retouching. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback constructively. Knowledge of print and digital production processes and file formats. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus. Fluency in Malayalam and English; additional languages are a plus.
