Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, including pipes, valves, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and drainage systems. Inspect plumbing systems and fixtures to identify issues, assess the condition, and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements. Diagnose plumbing problems and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains, flushing water heaters, and lubricating moving parts, to prevent problems and ensure optimal performance. Follow plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards in all installations, repairs, and maintenance work. Use plumbing tools, equipment, and materials effectively and safely to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate with clients to explain plumbing issues, proposed solutions, and estimated costs, and obtain approval before proceeding with work.
