Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils by hand as needed, using designated cleaning agents and sanitizing solutions. Scrub pots, pans, and cooking equipment to remove stubborn stains and food residue. Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, and equipment, including sinks and drainage areas. Empty trash bins and recycling containers in the kitchen and dishwashing area, disposing of waste properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including storage shelves, racks, and cleaning supplies.
