Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems or manual order-taking methods. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly, ensuring that all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated accurately. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, following established service standards and presentation guidelines. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, checking back with guests regularly to ensure that their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Clear tables, remove used dishes and utensils, and reset tables for the next guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Process guest payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts and change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during peak hours. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables, cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, and restocking supplies as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality and make guests feel welcome and valued.
