Job Description: As a Two-Wheeler Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, scooters, and other two-wheeled vehicles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our customers' vehicles by performing a wide range of mechanical and electrical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with two-wheeler repair, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of two-wheelers to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues or defects. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and your expertise in two-wheeler mechanics. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake adjustments, and chain lubrication. Repair or replace defective parts and components, including engines, brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, and fuel systems. Adjust and tune engine components to ensure optimal performance and fuel efficiency. Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functioning of all systems and components. Follow established repair procedures and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of workmanship and quality. Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed in the service center's database or manual logs. Provide estimates for repair costs and communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended repairs and maintenance. Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and techniques in two-wheeler mechanics through training and professional development opportunities.
