Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline campaign workflows, segment audiences, and nurture leads. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, development, and content, to ensure alignment and consistency across digital marketing initiatives. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to drive results. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape. Prepare and present reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, successes, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, strategies, and best practices across channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or similar. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences.
