Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Provide personalized recommendations and advice on hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments based on clients' hair type, face shape, and desired outcomes. Perform a variety of haircare services, including haircuts, blowouts, coloring, highlights, balayage, hair treatments, and styling for special occasions. Use professional techniques and tools, including scissors, razors, combs, and styling products, to achieve desired results while maintaining hair health and integrity. Keep abreast of current hair trends, techniques, and products to offer the latest styles and services to clients. Recommend and sell retail haircare products to clients to enhance their at-home haircare routines and maintain salon results. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the salon. Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and client records using salon management software. Maintain cleanliness and organization in styling stations, workstations, and common areas. Collaborate with other salon staff, including receptionists and assistants, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Hairdressing, or related field. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, preferably in a salon or spa setting. Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Knowledge of haircare products, tools, and techniques, including familiarity with professional haircare brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services to clients. Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and upsell services and products.
