Job Description: As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best. You will perform various tasks, including hairstyling, makeup application, skincare treatments, and nail care services, while ensuring that clients receive personalized attention and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for beauty and wellness. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs, preferences, and concerns. Provide personalized recommendations and advice on beauty treatments and products based on clients' skin type, hair type, and desired outcomes. Perform a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, hair coloring, hairstyling, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application. Use professional techniques and tools to achieve desired results while maintaining safety and hygiene standards. Keep abreast of current beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer the latest services to clients. Recommend and sell retail beauty products to clients to enhance their at-home beauty routines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the salon. Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and client records using salon management software. Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms, workstations, and common areas. Collaborate with other salon staff, including receptionists and assistants, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field. Proven experience as a Beautician or Hair Stylist, preferably in a salon or spa setting. Strong technical skills in hair styling, haircutting, coloring, skincare treatments, nail care, and makeup application. Knowledge of beauty products, tools, and techniques, including familiarity with professional beauty brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services to clients. Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and upsell services and products.
