Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Conceptualize and design visual elements, including logos, brand identities, marketing materials, social media graphics, and website layouts. Develop creative concepts, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients for feedback and approval. Use industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality designs. Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, specifications, and project requirements. Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to integrate visual and written content effectively. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers or interns, as needed. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure high-quality output. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve project goals. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of web design principles, HTML, CSS, and UI/UX design is a plus.
