Job Description: As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with various departments to resolve customer issues, improve satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, or in person. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide information about company products/services, promotions, and policies to customers. Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, or disputes in a prompt and satisfactory manner. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management for further investigation and resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in customer service. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in a customer service or customer relations role, preferably in a similar industry or environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathy with customers. Active listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Patience and resilience in dealing with challenging situations and difficult customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English and Malayalam languages.
