Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Generate reports and analyze data related to customer inquiries, feedback, and satisfaction levels. Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback to improve products, services, or processes. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or customer relations role, preferably in a customer-facing industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
