Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines. Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, kitchen, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual dining establishment. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors. Financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen procedures.
