Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to branch operations and risk management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in branch operations or a similar leadership role, preferably in the banking, financial services, or retail industry. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions. Customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships. Proficiency in computer applications and software, including MS Office and banking systems.
