Scrub and scour pots and pans to remove grease, food residue, and other debris, using appropriate cleaning agents and tools. Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, countertops, and equipment, including sinks, stovetops, and food preparation areas, as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
