Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon or spa, including sanitizing equipment, tools, and workstations. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing personalized service and building trust and rapport. Up-sell additional services and products to clients to enhance their beauty experience and generate additional revenue for the salon or spa. Handle client inquiries, appointments, and scheduling in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with other team members, including hairstylists, estheticians, and receptionists, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field. Proven experience as a beautician or hairstylist, preferably in a salon or spa setting. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
