Use high-quality, fresh ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, and herbs, to create flavorful and nutritious drinks. Recipe Development: Develop and innovate new juice recipes and flavor combinations to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Experiment with different ingredients, proportions, and techniques to create unique and delicious juice offerings. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting juices and beverages based on their tastes and preferences. Provide recommendations and information about ingredients, health benefits, and nutritional value of various juices. Order Fulfillment: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service and timely delivery of beverages. Prepare and assemble drinks according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the juice bar area, including equipment, utensils, countertops, and storage areas. Follow proper food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of drinks. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels. Rotate perishable items and discard any expired or spoiled ingredients. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain juicing equipment, blenders, juicers, and other appliances regularly to ensure proper functioning and hygiene. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Juice Maker, Bartender, or similar role in a juice bar, café, restaurant, or hospitality setting. Knowledge of juicing techniques, beverage preparation, and recipe development. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate ingredient information and menu options effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, calculating orders, and inventory management. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Food safety certification or training (preferred).
