Water Purifier Technician Job Opening in Kozhikode

We are seeking a skilled Water Purifier Technician to join our team in Kozhikode. The Water Purifier Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water purification systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering clean and safe drinking water solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Setup: Install water purification systems, including RO (Reverse Osmosis), UV (Ultraviolet), and UF (Ultrafiltration) systems, at client locations. Ensure proper placement, connection, and configuration of water purifiers to meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with water purification systems, such as low water flow, leakage, filter clogging, and system malfunctions. Use diagnostic tools and testing procedures to identify root causes of water quality problems and performance issues. Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including filters, membranes, pumps, valves, and fittings. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, sanitizing, and replacing consumable parts, to ensure optimal performance and water quality. Water Quality Testing: Conduct water quality tests to assess the effectiveness of purification systems and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Monitor water parameters, including TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), pH levels, chlorine content, and microbial contamination. System Testing and Calibration: Test water purification systems for proper operation, flow rate, pressure, and purification efficiency. Calibrate system settings and parameters to optimize water purification performance and efficiency. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing guidance on water purifier usage and maintenance. Provide recommendations for water treatment solutions based on customer needs and water quality assessments. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and water quality test results for documentation and reporting purposes. Complete service reports, work orders, and other documentation as required by company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Water Treatment Technology, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Water Purifier Technician, Water Treatment Technician, or similar role. Strong technical skills and knowledge of water purification systems, components, and processes. Familiarity with RO, UV, and UF water purification technologies and their applications. Proficiency in using water quality testing equipment, such as TDS meters, pH meters, and chlorine analyzers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving water purification issues. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers. Customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality service and support. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions.
