We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for actively seeking out new customers, promoting and selling products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior in the assigned territory. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address customer pain points and align with their specific requirements. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Close sales deals and obtain purchase orders or contracts from clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Relationship Building and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and follow-up activities, using CRM software or sales tracking tools. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to sales management for review and analysis. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace. Provide feedback and insights to sales management on competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and product enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or direct sales role. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to collaborate and share insights with colleagues. Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to meet customer needs and sales objectives.
