Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (X years) in customer service, relationship management, or a related role, preferably in a customer-facing industry or environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to listen actively, analyze issues, and propose effective solutions to address customer needs and concerns. Empathy and patience to handle challenging situations and diffuse tense interactions with customers in a calm and diplomatic manner.
